What an AMC covers

Support is the visible part: phone, WhatsApp, remote sessions and on-site visits for anything from a print alignment to a corrupted company file. The less visible part is preventive: we check that backups are actually running and restorable, that the version is current, that user rights have not been widened by someone during a busy week, and that your masters have not accumulated duplicate items or wrong HSN codes.

Preventive health checks

AMC pricing logic

AMC is quoted per year against three variables: number of concurrent users, number of locations, and edition complexity (Enterprise with job work needs more attention than single-user Basic). Plans differ mainly in the number of included on-site visits and the response commitment. We do not price it as a percentage of licence value, because that has no relationship to the actual support effort.
