What we cover in a Pune demo
We work through a full cycle rather than isolated screens: create a party with GSTIN validation, raise a GST sales invoice, generate the e-invoice IRN and QR, create the e-way bill, receive a payment, and then pull the resulting reports — GSTR-1 summary, stock position, outstanding receivables and profitability.
For manufacturers we add a job-work challan and a bill of materials. For retail we demonstrate barcode billing speed on a counter setup. For service firms we show recurring billing, TDS handling and export invoices without tax.

Bring your own data — here is how
Send a sample sales invoice, a short item list with rates and HSN codes, and your party list. We load it into a demo company before the session so you are watching your business, not a fictional one. Everything shared is used only for the demo and deleted afterwards on request.
If you are on Tally today, send a small backup as well. Seeing your own ledgers appear inside Busy answers the migration question far more convincingly than any assurance.
Online demo or on-site visit?
Online works well when one or two decision makers are involved and the questions are functional. On-site is better when your billing team, store keeper and accountant all need to see it, or when the discussion involves your existing hardware — printers, barcode scanners, the server in the corner. We cover on-site demos across Pune city and PCMC, with scheduled slots for Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon and Wagholi.
After the demo
You get a short written summary: the edition we recommend, the user count, the add-ons that apply, an implementation estimate and the total price with GST. No pressure follow-up calls — if you decide later, the quotation stands and we pick up from where we left.
Trial version versus a guided demo
A free trial is useful for a hands-on person who wants to click around. It is also where most evaluations die, because a trial without configuration shows the software at its least impressive: no masters, no formats, no GST setup. If you want a trial we will supply it, but we recommend the guided demo first so you know what a configured system looks like.
