Training for billing and counter staff
Speed is the whole point here. We teach keyboard-only invoice entry, item search by alias and barcode, rate and discount handling, scheme entry, and the exact sequence for e-invoice and e-way bill on documents that need them. Staff finish able to raise a compliant invoice without touching the mouse.
For retail counters in Camp, Viman Nagar and Baner we also cover cash/UPI splits, sales returns and day-end cash tally so the counter closes cleanly.
Training for store and warehouse teams
Stock accuracy is a discipline, not a feature. We cover goods receipt against purchase orders, godown transfers, batch and expiry entry for pharma and food, material issue and job-work movement for manufacturers in Bhosari and Chakan, and how to run and post a physical stock verification without breaking valuation.
Training for accountants
This is the deepest module: ledger structure and grouping, bank reconciliation, TDS and RCM entries, credit and debit notes, GSTR-1 and 3B preparation from Busy, HSN summary verification, 2A/2B reconciliation, and year-end activities including depreciation entries and carry-forward.
We also cover the audit trail, back-dated entry control and how to spot the common data errors before the CA does.
Training for owners and managers
Owners rarely need to enter vouchers; they need numbers they trust. We show the dashboard, the daily sales and collection view, party ageing with credit-limit breaches, item-wise and salesman-wise margin, and the mobile app so those numbers are available while travelling between Pune sites.
- Daily sales, purchase and collection snapshot
- Receivables ageing and credit-limit alerts
- Gross margin by item, party and salesman
- Bank and cash position
- Mobile app access with restricted rights
Refresher training and new joinees
Staff turnover is the quiet reason systems degrade. When a trained billing operator leaves, the replacement usually learns the shortcuts wrong from a colleague. AMC customers get refresher sessions for new joinees so the standard does not drift; non-AMC customers can book individual sessions as needed.
